As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to submit claims to your insurance provider on your behalf. If we are out-of-network with your plan (Aetna, Cigna, Metlife, Altus, United Healthcare, or Guardian) your insurance may still provide reimbursement; however, your out-of-pocket costs may be higher depending on your specific benefits.
